EASTER FAYRE

APRIL 3 2010 9.30 – 1.30pm, Dursley Town Centre

The Dursley Festival season kicks off with the town’s first ever Easter Fayre on Saturday 3 April.  There will be a food stalls under the Town Hall and children’s activities and street performers to entertain Spring Shoppers. 

Children will need to keep their eyes peeled for the Easter Bunny hunt – there should be one in each shop window and treats for those who spot all of them. 

SUMMER FESTIVAL

The theme for this year’s Festival is ‘CIRCUS’ and the festival has created an exciting partnership with the 3C Community Church. 

As with last year the Festival is in two parts – a food, arts & crafts market in the town centre in the morning, followed by the annual children’s procession kicking off an afternoon of performances and activities on the Recreation Ground.  There will be fun things for children and young people to do all day and this year there will be a HUGE Marquee on the recreation ground hosting a range of fantastic performers and acts – from Gospel Choir, acoustic performances and circus acts.  Some come rain, shine or snow – we’re covered!
